You can return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@gocrafts.net with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please Note: The refund will cover only the product value. The original shipping cost and return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@gocrafts.net and send your item to the address we provide. The same return conditions apply.
Please note that some products return may cost a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason selected for return.
